Mr. Fisher works closely with Third Security’s private equity funds, and the funds' public and private portfolio companies, including Pinnacle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In addition to his work at Third Security and Pinnacle, Mr. Fisher serves in the following capacities: Vice President, Secretary and Director of Vital Diagnostics Holding Corp., a provider of clinical diagnostics products and services, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of New River Funds, a family of no-load mutual funds, Director of IntelliMat, Inc., a digital media company, Secretary and Manager of Biological & Popular Culture LLC, an enterprise software company, and member of the Advisory Board of NewVa Capital Partners, LP, a private equity fund focused on the NewVa region of southwestern Virginia. Previously, Mr. Fisher was an Associate on the Global Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions Team at Hunton & Williams LLP in Richmond, Virginia. He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law.
