President and CEO

Mr. Krishnan has served in the following capacities: as the Senior Managing Director of Third Security, LLC, a venture capital firm; Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and board member of New River Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:NRPH); President and CEO of Harvest Pharmaceuticals Inc. and as a board member of Biotie Therapies (OMX Helsinki: BTH1V). Prior, Mr. Krishnan held positions with Ariba, Inc. A.T. Kearney, Inc., KPMG Peat Marwick and with E.I. Dupont de Nemours.

Mr. Krishnan received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), a M.S. in Engineering from the University of Toledo, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
